Attorney Colleen Pratt


Colleen M. Pratt was born and raised in Southern California and is an alumnus of Western State University College of Law where she graduated with Cum Laude honors. While at Western she was proud to be a member of the Women’s Law Association, received nine American Jurisprudence awards, and was an editor of Law Review.

Over the past 17 years, her focus of practice has been civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and workers’ compensation. Ms. Pratt is known for her sensitivity, optimism, dedication to her clients, high rate of client satisfaction and excellent case results. She has an unshakable passion for demanding the best results for her clients.

Ms. Pratt has handled thousands of cases and her accomplishments in California run from the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and California Superior Court to the California Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of California. She has also successfully litigated cases outside of California before the United States District Court, 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, Wyoming Supreme Court, and North Dakota Supreme Court. When not practicing law, Ms. Pratt enjoys snowboarding, motorcycle riding, reading, and playing with her dogs.


Aric N. Williams was born and raised in Northern California, where he attended UC Berkeley and played football as a wide receiver while earning two bachelor’s degrees. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, Florida where he also simultaneously obtained his Master’s in Business Administration. He is licensed to practice law in California, Florida, and Washington D.C. For close to a decade, his focus of practice has been civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury. Mr. Williams has dedicated his entire career to representing the injured. He has fought across the nation in both state and federal arenas in the pursuit of justice for injured individuals and their families. He handles cases involving motor vehicle crashes, wrongful death claims, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and class actions. Mr. Williams is committed to advocating aggressively to obtain maximum recovery for his clients. Mr. Williams is known for his passion, honesty, and empathy for the injured and it shows through his many acknowledgements. He has been named one of the top 40 under 40 lawyers by The National Black Lawyers. He was also named as the Avvo Client Choice Award in 2016 while maintaining a 10 out 10 Avvo Rating. In his free time Mr. Williams enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with his family at the beach.
Attorney Michael Ainbinder


Michael D. Ainbinder is an alumnus of Southwestern University School of Law and has been assisting injured workers and consumers for nearly 45 years. During this period he has handled over 10,000 cases and has successfully argued before all tribunals including the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, Municipal and Superior Courts, California Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Wyoming. Mr. Ainbinder has practiced personal injury and workers’ compensation law since he opened his office in 1973. Throughout the following four decades, he has earned a reputation for being approachable to his clients, a fierce advocate to his opponents and aggressive in obtaining the most compensation for his clients. He has tried hundreds of cases and settled tens of millions of dollars for his clients. His unwavering advocacy has gained him membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. This forum is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States and less than 1% of all U.S. lawyers are members. Mr. Ainbinder has also contributed to the education of future and practicing lawyers. He was a professor of Torts for a law school and has tutored a multitude of lawyers throughout his years of practice. In fact, many of his protégées have gone on to become partners of their own firms as well as Judges. He himself has served as Judge Pro Tem of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, Municipal Court Judge Pro Tem, and Superior Court Arbitrator and Mediator. When not practicing law, Mr. Ainbinder enjoys motorcycle riding, playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren.
Attorney Erik Stenberg Headshot


Erik B. Stenberg has been representing injured employees throughout all stages of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals process for over six years. He has participated in hundreds of trials before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board during this time. Mr. Stenberg is committed to advocating aggressively for equitable and just resolutions for his clients. Prior to joining the team at Pratt & Williams, Mr. Stenberg practiced in the areas of Employment Law and Administrative Law, litigating wage and hour disputes, and working as a legal consultant for compliance with OSHA regulations. Mr. Stenberg received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law in Orange where he was awarded certifications in Tax Law and Entertainment Law. He co-authored a chapter on Intellectual Property Law in “Finding Source Code on the Web for Remix and Reuse”. When not practicing law, Mr. Stenberg enjoys regularly competing in fencing tournaments throughout Southern California, putting to practice his studies into historic martial arts.
